My practice is formed of creating miniature universes made from materials associated with child's play (plasticine, sugar and insect wings), to illustrate the complexities of adolescence and its journey to adulthood. Through installation, I aim to recreate feelings of nostalgia and to return the viewer to the act of being a child.

Other projects include the 'cornfield project' (Spark commission for FUSE Medway Festival 2010) where I collaborated with Matthew Ashdown to create a large scale installation of a cornfield which informed local school children about the realities of farming life. I am also part of the Moogie Wonderland arts organisation that displays innovative and contemporary art in everyday situations.
